Orders are generally processed within 24–48 business hours after successful confirmation. Delivery timelines may
vary depending on customer location, courier operations, weather conditions, public holidays, or high-order
volume periods.
Estimated delivery timelines:
• Metro cities: 2–5 business days
• Non-metro cities: 4–7 business days
• Remote areas: 5–10 business days
Tracking details will be shared through WhatsApp, SMS, or email once the order is shipped.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information including name, address, pincode, and
mobile number. Incorrect information may lead to delayed or failed deliveries.
Pazzx is not responsible for delays caused by natural disasters, logistics disruptions, customer unavailability, or
incorrect delivery information.
Repeated failed delivery attempts or repeated COD refusals may result in account restrictions or COD limitations.
