At Pazzx, we want you to have complete peace of mind while shopping with us. You can return eligible items within 7 days of receiving your order. To qualify for a return, the product must be unused, unworn, and returned with all original tags, boxes, and packaging intact.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 7 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return or exchange. Please note that if you were unavailable on the day the delivery was first attempted and the product was delivered on a later date, the official date of delivery for return eligibility will be considered the date of the first delivery attempt.
For products returned due to defects, damage, or incorrect items, Pazzx will cover the return shipping costs. For returns due to customer preference or change of mind, return shipping costs will be borne by you.
Upon approval and receipt of the returned product in acceptable condition, we will process your refund amount back to the original payment method used during purchase. Refunds typically take 7 to 14 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider’s processing times.

Items Not Eligible for Return or Replacement
For Pazzx products, the following items shall not be eligible for return or replacement under any circumstances:

Items that have been used, worn, washed, or altered in any way.

Products without original tags, labels, packaging, or receipt proof.

Sale or clearance items marked as final sale.

Products damaged due to mishandling, improper storage, or accidents after delivery.

Cosmetic products and personal care items, if any, due to hygiene reasons (if applicable).

Items returned after the 7-day return/exchange eligibility period.

Products with missing or tampered security seals or hygiene seals.

Items that show signs of use or physical damage caused by the customer.

Gifts, personalized or customized items made as per customer specifications.
Please inspect your products immediately upon delivery and report any defects or issues promptly to initiate a return or exchange. Returns or replacements are only accepted if the product meets our eligibility criteria and return policy guidelines.
